摘  要:为了提高钢筋混凝土梁加固设计质量,保证整个建筑结构的可靠性和稳定性,现提出一套行之有效的密封胶粘加固钢筋混凝土梁粘接性能试验方案。介绍了密封胶组成与应用,从水密性能和气密性能、力学性能和蠕变性、耐候性、粘接性、密封胶固化速度、密封胶颜色调节等性能入手,并研究了钢筋混凝土梁加固对密封胶的性能要求;测试了密封胶粘对钢筋混凝土梁加固拉伸粘接性、定伸粘接性、浸水后定伸粘接性等粘接性能的影响。结果表明,提出的钢筋混凝土梁粘接性试验方案具有较高的可靠性和可行性,有效地提高了钢筋混凝土梁的粘接强度。In order to improve the design quality of reinforced concrete beams and ensure the reliability and stability of the entire building structure,an effective test scheme for the bonding performance of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with sealing adhesive is proposed.The composition and application of sealant were introduced.The performance requirements of sealant for reinforced concrete beam reinforcement were studied from the aspects of water tightness and air tightness,mechanical properties and creep,weather resistance,adhesion,curing speed of sealant,sealant color adjustment and other properties.The influence of sealing adhesive on the bonding properties of reinforced concrete beams,such as tensile bonding,constant elongation bonding,and constant elongation bonding after immersion,was comprehensively tested.The results showed that the bond test scheme of reinforced concrete beams proposed in this paper had high reliability and feasibility,effectively improved the bond strength of reinforced concrete beams.
