摘 要:空调具有制热和制冷功能,而空调换热器则是空调的核心部件,其密封工艺对换热器非常重要,直接影响到换热器的换热效率。针对密封胶对换热器的换热性能和空调器的性能,分析了空调换热器的密封部件、材料生产和制造工艺,探讨了空调换热器的密封和换热原理,并从产品设计、密封材料、工艺可靠性和自动化等方面进行了研究。结果表明:新开发的空调换热器密封技术应用于空调生产线,提高了工业自动化水平,密封性能可靠。Air conditioners have the functions of heating and cooling,and the heat exchanger is the core component of it.The sealing process of the heat exchanger is crucial as it directly affects the heat transfer efficiency.This paper analyzed the sealing components,material production,and manufacturing processes of air conditioner heat exchangers,and explored the sealing and heat transfer principles of the heat exchanger.Research was conducted from the aspects of product design,sealing materials,process reliability,and automation.The results showed that the newly developed sealant technology for air conditioner heat exchangers,when applied to the production line,improved the level of industrial automation and ensures reliable sealing performance.
