摘 要:采用刚性的苯环替代双酚A结构中异丙基的侧链甲基合成双酚AP,并以双酚AP为原料合成具有三苯基甲烷结构的双酚AP型二胺单体,二胺单体与四酸二酐进行聚合反应,制得双酚AP型聚酰亚胺。以苯乙酮和苯酚为反应物,在催化剂的作用下合成双酚AP,通过MS、IR、^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR验证了化合物的结构。通过相关实验对比了硫酸法、盐酸法和离子液体法在双酚AP合成中的催化效果和相应的产率。实验结果表明:盐酸法中,以单一HCl气体为催化剂产率为21.41%;以盐酸气体为载体,巯基乙酸作为活性中心的催化剂催化效果显著,产率可达71.81%。硫酸法和离子液体法催化效果不佳,没能合成出目标产物。Bisphenol AP was synthesized by substituting the isopropyl side chain methyl group in the bisphenol A structure with a rigid benzene ring,and the bisphenol AP diamine monomer with a triphenylmethane structure was synthesized from bisphenol AP.Diamine monomer was polymerized with tetraanhydride to produce bisphenol AP polyimide.Bisphenol AP was synthesized with acetophenone and phenol as reactants in the presence of catalyst.The structure of the compound was verified by MS,IR,^(1)H NMR and^(13)C NMR.The catalytic effects and corresponding yields of sulfuric acid method,hydrochloric acid method and ionic liquid method in the synthesis of bisphenol AP were compared through relevant experiments.The experimental results show that the yield of the catalyst in the hydrochloric acid method is 21.41%with a single HCl gas as the catalyst,while the catalytic effect of the catalyst with the hydrochloric acid gas as the carrier and mercaptoacetic acid as the active center is significant,and the yield is 71.81%.The catalytic effect of sulfuric acid method and ionic liquid method is poor,and the target product cannot be synthesized.
