摘　　要：制备一种改性iRoot BP Plus凝胶材料,用于乳磨牙活髓切断术的治疗。对iRoot BP Plus凝胶材料性能进行表征,然后对其临床应用效果进行观察。结果表明,经过2%生物活性玻璃包覆的iRoot BP Plus材料抗弯强度约为588 MPa,断裂韧性约为7.4 MPa,满足牙科陶瓷标准ISO 6872中第1类到第5类牙科陶瓷力学强度的要求。将其用于乳磨牙活髓切断术的治疗,其固化性能良好,抗压强度高,且对牙髓牙周组织不会产生毒性作用,不仅能促进矿化及牙周组织再生,而且还具备良好封闭性能及X线阻射性,在提升乳磨牙活髓切断质量的同时,还能使其效果得以维持;在缓解疼痛状况方面和降低牙根吸收程度方面较自固化磷酸钙糊剂更有优势。This study aims to prepare a modified iRoot BP Plus gel material for the treatment of pulpotomy in deciduous molars.The properties of iRoot BP Plus gel material were characterized,and its clinical application effect was observed.The experimental results show that the iRoot BP Plus material coated with 2%bioactive glass has a flexural strength of approximately 588 MPa and a fracture toughness of approximately 7.4 MPa,meeting the requirements for mechanical strength of dental ceramics in ISO 6872 standards,ranging from Class 1 to Class 5.When used in the treatment of pulpotomy in deciduous molars,it exhibites good curing performance,high compressive strength,and no toxic effects on dental pulp and periapical tissues.It could promote mineralization and regeneration of periodontal tissues and demonstrates good sealing properties and X-ray shielding.It not only improves the quality of pulpotomy in deciduous molars but also maintains the therapeutic effect.Furthermore,it has advantages over self-setting calcium phosphate cement in terms of alleviating pain and reducing root resorption.
