摘  要:建筑外墙保温苯板胶的粘接强度会影响苯板的保温效果与使用寿命,因此对建筑外墙外保温苯板胶粘接强度进行分析。选取样本材料制备苯板胶,将制备的苯板胶刮涂于建筑外墙保温苯板表面,测试环境条件对苯板胶粘接强度的影响。结果表明:长时间紫外线照射下苯板胶的黏度变高,断裂伸长率下降,粘接破坏形式为内聚破坏,具有较强的抗紫外线辐射性能;环境湿度为75%、温度为45℃时的苯板胶粘接强度最大,低温、低湿和高温、高湿的胶体粘接强度较低,冻融循环后,苯板胶的完全拉伸模量下降了0.06 MPa;经历6个阶段的热雨循环后,苯板胶的粘接强度下降了约17%。The bonding strength of benzene board adhesive for building external wall insulation will affect the thermal insulation effect and service life of benzene board,so the bonding strength of benzene board adhesive for building external wall insulation was analyzed.sample materials were selected to prepare benzene board adhesive,the prepared benzene board adhesive was scaped onto the surface of building exterior wall insulation benzene board,and the influence of environmental conditions were tested on the bonding strength of benzene board adhesive.The test results showed that the viscosity of the benzene board adhesive increased,the elongation at break decreased,and the form of adhesion failure was cohesive failure,it also had strong ultraviolet radiation resistance;When the ambient humidity was 75%and the temperature was 45℃,the adhesive strength of benzene plate was the highest;The adhesive strength decreased in both low temperature and low humidity and high temperature and high humidity;After freeze-thaw cycles,the complete tensile modulus of the styrene board adhesive decreased by 0.06 MPa;After six stages of heat and rain cycles,the bonding strength of benzene board adhesive decreased by about 17%.
