摘　　要：为了探究超薄罩面层技术在实践应用方面研究的不足,解决沥青路面养护与维修的问题,对UTAC-7、Novachip-B及OGFC-7之3种超薄罩面层沥青混合料的路用性能展开研究。结果表明:3种沥青混合料动稳定度均不低于3000次/mm,Novachip-B沥青混合料动稳定度最优,低温环境下UTAC-7沥青混合料抗弯拉强度最大,且不同温度时UTAC-7沥青混合料弯曲破坏应变均最大;3种沥青混合料均表现出较好的水稳定性能,其中Novachip-B沥青混合料水稳定性能最优,OGFC-7沥青混合料抗滑能力最优;3种沥青混合料层间粘接强度随着乳化沥青撒布量的增加均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,乳化沥青撒布量相同时UTAC-7沥青混合料层间粘接强度均最优。In order to explore the shortcomings of the research on the practical application of ultra-thin overlay technology and solve the problems of asphalt pavement maintenance and repair,this paper studies the road performance of three ultra-thin overlay asphalt mixtures,UTAC-7,Novachip-B and OGFC-7.The test results show that the dynamic stability test results of three asphalt mixtures are not less than 3000 times/mm,and Novachip-B asphalt mixture dynamic stability test results are the best.UTAC-7 asphalt mixture has the largest flexural tensile strength under low temperature environment.The low temperature bending failure strain test results of ultra-thin overlay with different grading types increase gradually with the increase of test temperature,and UTAC-7 asphalt mixture test results are the largest at different test temperatures.The three asphalt mixtures all show good water stability,among which Novachip B asphalt mixture has the best water stability.OGFC-7 asphalt mixture has the best skid resistance.The interlaminar bond strength of the three asphalt mixtures increase first and then decrease with the increase of emulsified asphalt distribution,and UTAC-7 asphalt mixture has the best interlaminar bond strength with the same emulsified asphalt distribution.
