摘 要:针对保健品中重金属检测存在检测范围窄的问题,提出金溶胶基底改性结合表面拉曼光谱法检测保健品中重金属元素。试验首先优化了金溶胶基底的制备工艺并对其进行改性,然后对改性后金溶胶基底重金属检测性能进行检测。结果表明:金溶胶基底制备工艺优化结果:选择1.5 mL柠檬酸钠为还原剂,还原剂与四氯合金酸的摩尔比为2,pH值为4,反应时间为18 min。优化后金溶胶基底对重金属离子具备良好的响应效果。经过4-MBA醇溶液改性后,基底对重金属特征峰的响应得到增强,在0.5~100 mg/L的浓度范围内,重金属离子拉曼光谱峰强-浓度线性拟合相关系数R 2均超过0.9995,表现出良好的相关性。Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and narrow detection range of traditional heavy metal detection methods,surface Raman spectroscopy is proposed to detect heavy metal ions.Firstly,the gold sol substrate was prepared and its preparation process was optimized,then the optimized process gold sol substrate was modified,and finally the heavy metal detection performance of the modified gold sol substrate was tested.The experimental results show that the gold sol substrate prepared under the conditions that the molar ratio of reducing agent sodium citrate to tetrachloroalloy acid is 2,the dosage of sodium citrate is 1.5 mL,the reaction time is 18 min,and the pH value is 4 has the best response to heavy metals.After 4-MBA alcohol solution modification,the response of the substrate to the characteristic peaks of heavy metals is enhanced.In the concentration range of 0.5~100 mg/L,the peak intensity concentration linear fitting correlation coefficient R2 of heavy metal ions Raman spectra exceeds 0.99,showing good correlation performance.
