摘  要:为有效利用资源、增强混凝土的抗冲磨性能,对橡胶颗粒采用5%NaOH改性和5%NaOH+1%KH560复合改性,并以不同橡胶掺量制备了C40改性橡胶混凝土,研究其力学和抗冲磨性能。结果表明:5%NaOH+1%KH560无机加有机复合改性方式的改性效果较优,当掺入20%复合改性橡胶颗粒时,混凝土的抗冲磨强度为20.84 h/(kg·m^(2)),增幅达到250%,磨损率为1.5%,降幅达到71.7%,材料的抗冲磨性能最好,试验确定掺入8%复合改性橡胶颗粒最佳。此时,混凝土的抗压、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度分别为43.2、3.81、2.09 MPa,抗冲磨强度和磨损率分别为10.77 h/(kg·m^(2))、2.8%,材料具备良好的力学和抗冲磨性能,制备的5%NaOH+1%KH560复合改性橡胶混凝土,综合性能良好。In order to effectively utilize resources and enhance the impact and wear resistance of concrete,5%NaOH modification and 5%NaOH+1%KH560 composite modification was used on rubber particles,and modified rubber C40 concrete with different rubber contents was prepared.Then,its mechanical and impact and wear resistance properties were studied.The experimental results showed that the modification effect of 5%NaOH+1%KH560 inorganic and organic composite modification method was better.When 20%composite modified rubber particles were added,the impact and wear strength of concrete was 20.84 h/(kg·m^(2)),with an increase of 250%,a wear rate of 1.5%,and a decrease of 71.7%.The material had the best impact and wear resistance;This experiment determined that adding 8%composite modified rubber particles was the best.At this time,the compressive strength,flexural strength,and splitting tensile strength of the concrete were 43.2 MPa,3.81MPa,and 2.09 MPa,respectively.The impact wear strength and wear rate were 10.77 h/(kg·m^(2))and 2.8%,respectively.The material had good mechanical and impact wear properties.In conclusion,the 5%NaOH+1%KH560 composite modified rubber concrete prepared in this experiment has good comprehensive performance.
