摘  要:晋北煤业5-103综采工作面需经过尾巷下料巷、皮带巷、轨道巷三条平行空巷,以尾巷下料巷为例,利用UDEC软件模拟研究过空巷期间工作面及空巷围岩塑性破坏规律,分析液压支架载荷变化规律,分析空巷加固的必要性,设计高水速凝材料空巷充填加固方案。结果表明:空巷局部充填参数和充填工艺合理,实现了综采工作面安全高效推过空巷,可在类似条件下推广使用。The 5-103 fully mechanized mining face of Jinbei Coal Industry needs to pass through three parallel empty roadways,namely the tail roadway feeding roadway,belt roadway,and track roadway.Taking the tail roadway feeding roadway as an example,UDEC software is used to simulate and study the plastic failure law of the working face and surrounding rock of the empty roadway during the period of passing through the empty roadway,analyze the load change law of the hydraulic support,analyze the necessity of empty roadway reinforcement,and design a high water rapid solidification material empty roadway filling and reinforcement scheme.The results show that the local filling parameters and filling process of the empty roadway are reasonable,achieving safe and efficient pushing of the fully mechanized mining face through the empty roadway,and can be promoted and used under similar conditions.
