摘 要:霄云煤矿西翼轨道下山联络巷围岩强度较小,在掘进过程中顶板发生过比较严重的变形。针对西翼开拓巷道掘进过程中出现的围岩控制难题,采用数值模拟方法对围岩稳定性和支护结构预应力场分布特征进行分析,进而提出相应的巷道支护优化方案。结果表明:支护方案优化后,巷道围岩中可形成连续叠加的压应力承载结构,巷道围岩抵抗载荷的能力增强,围岩变形量显著下降。The strength of the surrounding rock of the connecting roadway under the western wing track of Xiaoyun Coal Mine is relatively small,and the roof undergone severe deformation during the excavation period.Aiming at the difficult problem of surrounding rock control during the excavation period of the west wing development roadway,numerical simulation method is used to analyze the stability of the surrounding rock and the distribution characteristics of the pre-stressed field of the support structure,and corresponding optimization schemes for roadway support are proposed.The results show that after the optimization of the support scheme,a continuous superimposed compressive stress bearing structure can be formed in the surrounding rock of the roadway,and the ability of the roadway surrounding rock to resist loads is enhanced,and the deformation amount of the surrounding rock is significantly reduced.
