摘  要:针对N3-1工作面顶板垮落困难,初次来压步距大等特点,采用高能气体预裂技术进行顶板处理,设计了37个钻孔,试验压力270 MPa。预裂后大幅增加了裂隙数量,延长了裂隙范围,直接顶垮落从20 m缩短为16.5 m,基本顶垮落从39.7~40.6 m缩短为21.8 m,基本顶垮落期间上隅角瓦斯浓度得到降低,取得了良好的预裂效果。In view of the characteristics of the difficulties of roof collapse in the N3-1 working face and the large initial pressure step distance,etc,high energy gas presplitting technology is used for roof treatment.37 boreholes are designed with a test pressure of 270 MPa.After presplitting,the number of cracks is significantly increased,and the range of cracks is extended.The direct top span is shortened from 20 m to 16.5 m,and the basic top span is shortened from 39.7-40.6 m to 21.8 m.During the basic top collapse period,the gas concentration in the upper corner is reduced,achieving good presplitting effect.
