摘 要:为防止晋北煤业5-4091巷掘进通过F151正断层时出现围岩变形破坏严重的现象,通过数值模拟及室内测试相结合的方法,确定出采用水灰比为1.5:1的超细水泥浆液进行注浆加固,并根据现场实际条件对注浆锚杆的布置参数进行了设计。现场应用结果表明:巷道掘进过断层后,顶板累计下沉量为50.2 mm,两帮累计移进量为72.1 mm,最大底鼓量为38.9 mm,均在允许变形范围内,巷道稳定性较好。In order to prevent serious deformation and damage of the surrounding rock during the excavation of the 5-4091 roadway in Jinbei Coal Industry passing through the F151 normal fault,a combination of numerical simulation and indoor testing is used to determine the use of ultra-fine cement slurry with a water cement ratio of 1.5:1 for grouting reinforcement.The layout parameters of the grouting anchor rod are designed according to the on-site actual conditions.The on-site application results show that after the roadway excavation passes through the fault,the cumulative subsidence amount of the roof is 50.2 mm,the cumulative displacement amount of the two sides is 72.1 mm,the maximum heaving floor amount is 38.9 mm,all within the allowable deformation range,and the stability of the roadway is good.
