摘 要:针对长平矿底抽巷围岩变形破碎严重的问题,通过矿物成分分析得到了围岩中黏土类矿物成分含量,分析了底抽巷围岩稳定性,设计了底抽巷围岩超前预注浆和巷帮注浆加固方案,模拟分析了注浆效果。现场试验表明,注浆加固三个月后围岩变形趋于稳定,巷道变形量和顶板离层量均满足安全使用要求,有效控制了底抽巷围岩的变形失稳。Aiming at the serious deformation and fragmentation of the surrounding rock of the bottom drainage roadway in Changping Mine,the content of clay minerals in the surrounding rock is obtained through mineral composition analysis.The stability of the surrounding rock of the bottom drainage roadway is analyzed,and advanced pre grouting and side grouting reinforcement schemes are designed for the surrounding rock of the bottom drainage roadway.The grouting effect is simulated and analyzed.The field tests showed that after three months of grouting reinforcement,the deformation of the surrounding rock tends to stabilize,the deformation amount of the roadway and the separation amount of the roof all meet the requirements for safe use,effectively controlling the deformation and instability of the surrounding rock of the bottom drainage roadway.
