摘  要:针对本煤层抽采钻孔封孔难、抽采效果不佳等问题,分析了传统常规高分子材料封孔漏气原因,基于弹性力学研究了“两堵一注”带压封孔工艺的基本原理及使用方法,并进行了现场试验。结果表明:采用“两堵一注”带压封孔工艺后,钻孔周围裂隙减少,封孔后抽采初始浓度达到60%~70%,经过70 d的抽采后仍能保持在30%左右,是常规封孔工艺的8~10倍。Aiming at the problems of difficult sealing of drainage drilling holes and poor extraction effect in this coal seam,the reasons for sealing holes and air leakage in traditional conventional polymer material are analyzed.Based on elastic mechanics,the basic principle and usage method of the"two blockages and one injection"sealing holes with pressure process are studied,and on-site tests are conducted.The results show that after using the"two blockages and one injection"sealing holes with pressure process,the cracks around the borehole are reduced,and the initial concentration of extraction after sealing holes reaches 60%to 70%.After 70 days of extraction,it can still maintain around 30%,which is 8-10 times higher than the conventional sealing holes process.
