摘 要:为进一步提高屋面改造工程在设计时的安全性和经济性,以山西兰花集团沁裕煤矿有限公司矿井兼并重组整合项目的通风机房钢屋架改造工程为研究背景,采用PKPM设计软件对钢屋架结构的材料选用、节点设计等设计要点及难点展开了研究。研究结果表明:镀锌压型钢板屋面结构的节点连接用钢量较小,费用较低,是较为经济的改造设计方案;钢结构设计必须根据设计规范、现场条件及使用要求合理选择屋面坡度方向、材料及节点等,以满足使用需求。In order to further improve the safety and economy of roof renovation projects in design,taking the fan house steel roof truss renovation project of Shanxi Lanhua Group Qinyu Coal Mine Co.,Ltd.'s mine merger and reorganization integration project as the research background,the material selection,node design,and other design points and difficulties of the steel roof truss structure are studied using PKPM design software.The research results indicate that the node connection of the galvanized profiled steel sheet roof structure uses less steel and has lower costs,making it a more economical renovation design scheme;The design of steel structures must reasonably select the direction of roof slope,materials,and nodes according to design specifications,site conditions,and usage requirements to meet usage needs.
