摘　　要：为了推进选煤厂智能化建设,提高选煤厂生产管理水平,唐口选煤厂主要围绕减人提效、提高管控效率进行智能化升级改造,在智能视频监控系统、超高压智能压滤系统、智能煤矸分离系统、设备健康管理系统、智车间智能照明、干燥煤粉灰水实时在线监测系统、火车智能装车系统、选煤厂智能一体化管控平台等多方面融入大数据、云计算等手段,实现产品质量稳定智能可控、设备运行质量实时智能监测和生产管理水平的提高。In order to promote the intelligent construction of the coal preparation plant and improve the production management level of the coal preparation plant,Tangkou Coal Preparation Plant mainly carries out intelligent upgrading and transformation around reducing personnel and improving efficiency and improving management and control efficiency.In terms of intelligent video monitoring system,ultra-high pressure intelligent pressure filtration system,intelligent coal gangue separation system,equipment health management system,intelligent workshop intelligent lighting,real-time online monitoring system for dry coal ash water,train intelligent loading system,intelligent integrated control and manage platform of the coal preparation plant and in many other aspects integrate into various means such as big data and cloud computing to achieve stable and intelligent controllable product quality,real-time intelligent monitoring of equipment operation quality,and improvement of production management level.
