摘  要:某电厂循环水泵出口液控蝶阀传动轴发生断裂情况。通过宏观检验、金相组织分析、能谱分析及力学性能试验,发现裂纹源位置,主轴基体组织异常,主轴屈服强度低于标准要求,销孔表面存在腐蚀等现象,得出液控蝶阀传动轴断裂原因包括主轴销孔密封衬胶脱落,海水渗入销孔,造成销孔内壁腐蚀,液控蝶阀运行时主轴长时间受水流和涡流冲击摆动等因素。最后提出传动轴加工要求、定期检查要求等方案避免发生此类问题。The transmission shaft of the hydraulic control butterfly valve at the outlet of the circulating water pump in one power plant was broken.Macroscopic inspection,metallographic structure analysis,energy spectrum analysis and mechanical property test were carried which the samples were taken from the broken main shaft.It was found that the location of the crack source,abnormal matrix structure of the spindle,lower yield strength of the spindle than standard requirements,and corrosion on the surface of the pin hole.The reasons for the fracture of the transmission shaft of the hydraulic control butterfly valve include the detachment of the sealing lining of the spindle pin hole,corrosion of the inner wall of the pin hole caused by seawater infiltration,and factors such as the spindle being impacted and swayed by water flow and eddy currents for a long time during the operation of the hydraulic control butterfly valve.Finally,plans such as processing requirements for the transmission shaft and regular inspection requirements are proposed to avoid such problems.
