摘  要:肠道病毒71型(EV71)是导致重症手足口病(HFMD)的主要病原体之一。EV71型重症HFMD患儿可出现无菌性脑膜炎、神经源性肺水肿、循环衰竭等严重并发症,甚至导致死亡,因其具有起病急、高死亡率等特点而受到广泛关注。EV71型重症HFMD的发病机制与免疫系统功能失调密切相关。本文对机体免疫细胞比例失调、先天免疫信号通路改变及炎症因子异常分泌等免疫系统失调相关分子机制在EV71型重症HFMD中的作用进行综述。Enterovirus 71(EV71)is one of the major pathogens that cause severe hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Children with severe EV71-infected HFMD can have aseptic meningitis,neurogenic pulmonary edema,circulatory failure and other serious complications,and even lead to death.Due to its characteristics of rapid onset and high mortality,severe EV71-infected HFMD has attracted wide attention.The pathogenesis of severe EV71-infected HFMD is closely related to immune s ystem dysfunction.This article reviews the role of molecular mechanisms related to immune system disorders such as immune cell imbalance,changes in innate immune signaling pathways and abnormal secretion of inflammatory factors in severe EV71-infected HFMD.
