Objective To investigate the application of basal body temperature combined with urinary luteinizing hormone(LH)test paper in the assessment of early athletic menstrual cycle irregularities. Methods From January to August 2022,163 female special combat soldiers in a training base of the Armed Police were selected to evaluate the athletic menstrual cycle irregularities by basal body temperature combined with urinary LH test paper and B-ul trasound combined with sex hormone detection. Results There was no significant difference between the two methods in the assessment of athletic menstrual cycle irregularities(P>0.05).Conclusion Basal body temperature combined with urinary LH test paper can identify early athletic menstrual cycle irregularities, and can also provide reference for distinguishing anovulation and luteal insufficiency, which is feasible.
