摘  要:目的探讨宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术后应用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐)的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月在连云港市东方医院妇产科行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术的88例患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。对照组术后应用醋酸甲地孕酮片,观察组术后放置曼月乐,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平及复发情况。结果治疗后观察组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐应用于宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术术后患者中可有效预防复发,调节血红蛋白水平和子宫内膜厚度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Levonorgestrel intrauterine system(Mirena)after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp.Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Lianyungang Oriental Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Megestrol Acetate Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Mirena.Endometrial thickness,hemoglobin level and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,endometrial thickness of observation group was less than that of control group,hemoglobin level was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Mirena in patients after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp can effectively prevent recurrence,regulate hemoglobin level and endometrial thickness,and is worth popularizing.
