摘　　要：目的探究中药热熨联合西医治疗不完全性肠梗阻的效果。方法选取2021年3月1日至2023年3月1日北海市中医医院儿科收治的62例不完全性肠梗阻患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)、试验组(31例)。对照组应用西医治疗,试验组应用中药热熨联合西医治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果试验组患儿治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便时间、肠梗阻症状消失时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论不完全性肠梗阻患儿采用中药热熨联合西医治疗,可有效缓解临床症状,加速恢复,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广与使用。Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with western medicine on incomplete intestinal obstruction in children.Methods A total of 62 children with incomplete intestinal obstruction in Beihai Hospital of Chinese Medicine from March 1,2021 to March 1,2023 were selected and divided into control group(31 cases)and experimental group(31 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with western medicine,and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of children in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of eating,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of defecation in anus,the time of disappearance of intestinal obstruction symptoms and the time of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with western medicine treating children with incomplete intestinal obstruction can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,accelerate recovery,and has remarkable therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
