摘 要:目的探究“痉挛三针”穴位注射对痉挛型脑瘫患儿内收肌功能的影响。方法将2021年7月至2022年7月广州中医药大学附属南海妇儿医院符合纳入和排除标准的52例痉挛型脑瘫患儿采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各26例。对照组采用中西医结合康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予“痉挛三针”穴位注射,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果两组患儿的内收肌肌张力评分(改良Ashworth量表评分)、内收肌角度及粗大运动功能评估量表中的D区和E区评分治疗后均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05),且观察组效果更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“痉挛三针”穴位注射能有效缓解痉挛型脑瘫患儿内收肌肌肉痉挛,提高下肢关节活动度和改善下肢运动功能。Objective To explore the effect of“three-spasm-needle”acupoint injection on adductor function in children with spasticity cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 52 children with spasticity cerebral palsy who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in Nanhai Women and Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2022 were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation,while the experimental group was treated with“three-spasm-needle”acupoint injection on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The adductor muscle tension score(modified Ashworth scale score),the adductor angle and scores of D area and E area in gross motor function measure in both groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the effect was more significant in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion“Three-spasm-needle”acupoint injection can effectively relieve adductor muscle spasm of children with spasticity cerebral palsy,increase lower limb range of motion and improve lower limb motor function.
