摘　　要：目的探讨改良髂臼成形术治疗小儿发育性髋关节脱位的效果。方法选取贵州省人民医院2018年6月至2022年6月接诊的72例发育性髋关节脱位患儿作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各36例。对照组接受常规手术方法,观察组接受改良髂臼成形术,术后6个月进行X光片、三维CT重建技术检查,测定两组患儿的髋关节功能。结果观察组术后6个月髋关节功能优良率、X线表现优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良髂臼成形术治疗小儿发育性髋关节脱位效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of modified Pemberton operation in the treatment of developmental dislocation of hip joint in children.Methods A total of 72 children with developmental dislocation of hip joint in Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by the digital parity method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgical methods,the experimental group was treated with modified Pemberton operation.X-ray and three-dimensional CT reconstruction techniques were performed at 6 months after surgery to determine hip function of children in both groups.Results At 6 months after surgery,the excellent and good rates of hip joint function and X-ray manifestations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Pemberton operation has a significant effect in the treatment of developmental dislocation of hip joint in children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
