摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量利多卡因对女性无痛胃镜检查中丙泊酚注射痛的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2023年4月于揭阳市中医院接受无痛胃镜检查的60例女性患者,按照随机数字表法分为R组和C组,每组各30例。两组均静脉注射丙泊酚2 mg/kg进行麻醉,R组在注射丙泊酚前静脉注射利多卡因5 mg,C组注射等量生理盐水。比较两组注射痛发生情况、丙泊酚用量、麻醉后苏醒时间及麻醉相关不良反应发生情况。结果R组注射痛总发生率低于C组(P<0.05)。R组丙泊酚用量小于C组,麻醉后苏醒时间短于C组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生麻醉相关不良反应。结论小剂量利多卡因可改善女性无痛胃镜检查中出现的丙泊酚注射痛情况,并且可减少丙泊酚使用剂量、缩短麻醉后苏醒时间。Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose Lidocaine on pain caused by Propofol injection during painless gastroscopy in women.Methods A total of 60 female patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in Jieyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into group R and group C according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given intravenous Propofol 2 mg/kg for anesthesia,group R was given intravenous Lidocaine 5 mg before injection of Propofol,and group C was injected with the same amount of normal saline.The occurrence of injection pain,the dosage of Propofol,the recovery time after anesthesia and the occurrence of anesthesia related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of injection pain in group R was lower than that in group C(P<0.05).The dosage of Propofol in group R was lower than that in group C,and the recovery time after anesthesia in group R was shorter than that in group C(P<0.05).No anesthesia related adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Low-dose Lidocaine can improve the pain of Propofol injection in painless gastroscopy,reduce the dosage of Propofol and shorten the recovery time after anesthesia.
