共情护理在卵巢囊肿剔除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨共情护理在卵巢囊肿剔除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取桓台县妇幼保健院2020年8月至2021年10月收治的66例行卵巢囊肿剔除术的患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为实验组和参照组,每组各33例。实验组采用共情护理,参照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理满意度、希望水平及心理状态(HAMD、HAMA)。结果实验组护理总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05);护理后实验组希望水平各项评分及总评分高于参照组(P<0.05);护理后实验组HAMD、HAMA评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论共情护理应用于卵巢囊肿剔除术患者中可调节心理状态,提高护理满意度、希望水平,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of empathy nursing in patients with ovarian cystectomy.Methods A total of 66 patients who underwent ovarian cystectomy in Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into an experimental group and a reference group,with 33 cases in each group.The experimental group was given empathy nursing,and the reference group was given routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,hope level and psychological state(HAMD,HAMA)were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each item and total score of hope level in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empathy nursing in patients with ovarian cystectomy can regulate the psychological state,improve the nursing satisfaction and hope level,which is worthy of promotion and application.
