摘　　要：目的分析基于家属支持的人际心理疗法对中青年女性抑郁症伴焦虑患者情绪调节、躯体症状及社会功能的影响。方法选取连云港市第四人民医院临床心理科2019年1月至2023年1月收治的60例中青年女性抑郁症伴焦虑患者,利用掷硬币法分为两组,各30例。对照组采取传统护理,观察组采取基于家属支持的人际心理疗法。分别在护理前、护理1个月时利用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、躯体形式症状筛查量表(SOMS-7)、社会功能量表(SFRS)测定焦虑评分、抑郁评分、躯体症状评分、社会功能评分,并对比上述指标差异。结果观察组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分、SOMS-7评分、SFRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于家属支持的人际心理疗法有助于提升中青年女性抑郁症伴焦虑患者情绪调节效果与社会功能,消除躯体症状,值得推广。Objective To analyze the impact of interpersonal psychotherapy based on family support on emotional regulation,physical symptoms,and social function in middle-aged and young female patients with depression and anxiety.Methods A total of 60 middle-aged and young female patients with depression and anxiety admitted to the Clinical Psychology Department of the Fourth People’s Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a coin toss method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing care,while the observation group received interpersonal psychotherapy based on family support.Anxiety score,depression score,physical symptom score,and social function score were measured using the self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,screening for somatoform symptoms-7(SOMS-7),and social functional rating scale(SFRS)before and after one month of nursing care,and the differences in the above indicators were compared.Results The anxiety score,depression score,SOMS-7 score,and SFRS score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interpersonal psychotherapy based on family support can help improve the emotional regulation effect and social function of middle-aged and young female patients with depression and anxiety,eliminate physical sympto ms,and is worth promoting.
