摘 要:橡胶双密度注射是一种应用广泛的工艺,在制鞋业中应用广泛,但是在橡胶双密度注射鞋靴生产过程中,鞋靴粘合强度却受到多种因素的影响。为了提高鞋靴生产效率和质量,本文在阅读相关文献的基础上,分析了鞋靴帮、底粘合机理和帮、底粘合质量现状,重点论述了帮、底粘合强度的影响因素。本文认为,在客户要求多变的背景下,需要研发出配套的橡胶类硫化体系和胶粘体系。Rubber double density injection is a widely used process in the footwear industry.However,in the production process of rubber double density injection shoes and boots,the adhesive strength of the shoes and boots is affected by various factors.In order to improve the production efficiency and quality of shoes and boots,this article analyzes the mechanism of upper and sole adhesion,as well as the current situation of upper and sole adhesion quality,based on reading relevant literature.The focus is on discussing the influencing factors of upper and sole adhesion strength.This article believes that in the context of changing customer requirements,it is necessary to develop supporting rubber vulcanization systems and adhesive systems.
