摘　　要：农村公路照明建设对于提高农村交通安全、促进经济发展具有重要意义。本文以黑龙江省为例,对农村公路照明建设现状进行了分析,并探讨了其存在的问题和原因。通过调研发现,黑龙江省农村公路照明建设存在资金不足、技术落后管理混乱等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了一些解决方案,包括加大政府、引进先进技术、优化管理模式等。通过这些措施,可以有效提高黑龙江省农村公路照明建设水平,促进农村经济发展和社会稳定。The construction of rural highway lighting is of great significance to improve rural traffic safety and promote economic development.Taking Heilongjiang Province as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural highway lighting construction,and probes into its existing problems and reasons.Through investigation,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient funds,backward technology and chaotic management in rural highway lighting construction in Heilongjiang Province.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward some solutions,including increasing the government,introducing advanced technology,optimizing management mode and so on.Through these measures,we can effectively improve the level of rural highway lighting construction in Heilongjiang Province and promote rural economic development and social stability.
