摘 要:铝合金管存在一定抗蚀性以及低温性,目前已经被广泛地应用在建筑工程或者化工实践中,每位操作者都需要重点掌握焊接操作要领以及焊接技巧。本文以如何进行铝合金管全位置焊接为重点加以阐述,首先介绍铝合金材料焊接性能,其次分析铝合金的理化性能及焊接特点,再次明确焊接准备,最后从焊接材料的选择、组对与点固焊、焊接方法与相关思考等几个方面深入阐述焊接工艺,从而更好地完成铝合金管全位置焊接工作,提高铝合金管焊接的综合质量.Aluminum alloy pipe,with certain corrosion resistance and low temperature performance,has been widely used in construction engineering or chemical engineering practice.Each operator needs to focus on the welding operation essentials and welding skills.This article focuses on how to carry out full position welding of aluminum alloy pipes.Firstly,it introduces the welding performance of aluminum alloy materials.Secondly,it analyzes the physical and chemical properties and welding characteristics of aluminum alloy,clarifies the welding preparation,and finally elaborates on the welding process from several aspects such as the selection of welding materials,pairing and spot welding,welding methods and related considerations,in order to better complete the full position welding of aluminum alloy pipes,improve the comprehensive quality of aluminum alloy pipe welding.
