摘　　要：种业是农业的“芯片”,是保障国家粮食安全的重要基础。党中央高度重视种业发展,并提出打好种业翻身仗和深入实施种业振兴行动重要战略部署。甘肃省玉米制种面积占全国的近60%,探讨甘肃省玉米制种产业高质量发展对落实我国种业振兴行动具有重要意义。文章梳理了甘肃省玉米制种产业的区域分布、制种面积、企业规模及加工转化情况、产业效益和发展优势等,分析了甘肃省玉米制种产业高质量发展存在的问题,如制种规模化和机械化程度低、绿色生产意识淡薄、本土企业制种研发能力弱、制种基地标准化程度不均、检查监督力度不够等,并从提高制种规模化和机械化水平、科学合理施肥、增强种业企业科研创新能力、以数字化技术推进现代化制种基地建设、加大检查监督力度等方面提出了推动甘肃省玉米制种产业高质量发展的建议。The seed industry is the"chip"of agriculture and an important foundation for guaranteeing national food security.The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of seed industry,and has put forward the important strategy of winning the turnaround battle of the seed industry and implementing the vitalization action of the seed industry in-depth.The area of maize seed production in Gansu Province accounts for nearly 60%of the whole country,and it is of great significance to discuss the high-quality development of the maize seed industry in Gansu Province for the implementation of the vitalization action of China's seed industry.The article sorted out the regional distribution of the maize seed industry in Gansu Province,the area of seed production,the scale of enterprises and the situation of processing and transformation,industrial efficiency and development advantages,etc.,and analyzed the problems of the high-quality development of the maize seed industry in Gansu Province,such as low degree of the scale and mechanization of seed production,lack of awareness of green production,the weak research and development capability of local enterprises in seed production,uneven standardization of seed production bases,and insufficient inspection and supervision,etc.The proposal to promote the high-quality development of maize seed industry in Gansu Province was put forward from the aspects of improving the scale of seed production and mechanization,scientific and reasonable fertilization,enhancing the scientific research and innovation capacity of seed industry enterprises,promoting the construction of modern seed production base with digital technology,and increasing the intensity of inspection and supervision.
