河北省粮油作物种业发展现状与对策建议

摘　　要：种业是保障粮食安全的基础和关键因素,河北省由农业大省向农业强省转变离不开种业振兴。文章以河北省粮油作物种业为例,从种质资源保护、产出数量和质量、支撑产业发展等方面阐述了其发展现状,分析了其发展中存在的主要问题,如缺乏突破性品种、具有自主知识产权的基因和核心技术匮乏、人才支撑不足等,提出了加大对现代种业创新团队建设的支持力度、加强人才储备、加快现代育种技术发展、加强“研—推—用”各主体联动对接等促进河北省粮油作物种业发展的对策建议,以期为河北省种业兴旺助力。The seed industry is the foundation and key factor in ensuring food security,and the transformation of Hebei Province from a large agricultural province to a strong agricultural province is inseparable from the revitalization of the seed industry.Taking the seed industry of grain and oil crops in Hebei Province as an example,the article elaborates on the current situation of its development in terms of germplasm resource protection,output quantity and quality,and support for industrial development,and analyzes the main problems in its development,such as the lack of breakthrough varieties,the deficiency of genes and core technologies with independent intellectual property rights,and the insufficient support of talents,etc.The article proposes to increase the support for the construction of modern seed industry innovation teams,strengthen the talent reserve,accelerate the development of modern breeding technologies,and strengthen the linkage of"research-promotion-application",countermeasures and proposals are proposed to promote the development of the seed industry of grain and oil crops in Hebei Province,in order to help the seed industry in Hebei Province to revitalize.
