新时期全面加强农业科研单位通讯员队伍建设的思考——以吉林省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：随着信息化时代的到来,科技宣传在农业科研单位创新事业发展中占据愈发重要的地位,而打造一支精干高效的通讯员队伍,就成为做好农业科研单位宣传工作的首要任务。文章以吉林省农业科学院为例,深入分析了通讯员队伍建设的现状及存在的问题,并从充分认识宣传工作的重要性、加大对通讯员的培训力度、增强新闻宣传通讯员的敏锐性、主动性和预见性等方面提出了加强通讯员队伍建设的建议,以期为做好新时期农业科研单位宣传工作提供参考。With the arrival of the information age,science and technology publicity in the agricultural research institutes plays an increasingly important position in the development of innovation.And building a competent and efficient correspondent team has become the primary task of promoting the publicity work of agricultural research institutes.Taking Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the article deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the correspondent team,and puts forward suggestions to strengthen the construction of the correspondent team from the aspects of fully recognizing the importance of publicity work,increasing the training of the correspondents,and enhancing the sensitivity,initiative and foresight of the news and publicity correspondents,with a view to providing a reference to promote the publicity work of agricultural research institutes in the new era.
