摘　　要：目的通过调研了解山东省药品现代物流企业的发展现状及存在的问题,提出对策与建议。方法通过实地勘察、发放问卷、查阅文献等方式对山东省药品现代物流企业进行调查研究,了解其发展现状。结果山东省药品现代物流企业分布不均衡、发展有差距,省内配送体系基本形成,现代化、信息化程度有待进一步提高,在质量管理方面仍需加强,亟需引进、培养复合型人才。结论山东省药品现代物流企业要以政府政策为指导,合理分布、均衡发展,提高现代化、信息化水平,加强质量管理,注重人才引进,规范企业发展,推动药品现代物流行业的良序发展。Objective To understand the development status and existing problems of modern pharmaceutical logistics enterprises in Shandong Province through investigation,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Methods By means of field investigation,questionnaire distribution and literature review,the modern pharmaceutical logistics enterprises in Shandong Province were investigated and studied to understand their development status.Results The distribution of modern pharmaceutical logistics enterprises in Shandong Province is unbalanced and development gaps still exist.The delivery system in Shandong Province has been basically formed.The level of modernization and informatization needs to be further improved,and the quality management needs to be strengthened.It is urgent to introduce and cultivate compound talents.Conclusion Modern pharmaceutical logistics enterprises in Shandong Province should be guided by government policies.Rationally distribution and balanced development of the enterprises are also suggested,as well as improvement of the level of modernization and informatization,enhancement of quality management,emphasis on talent introduction,and standardization of enterprise development,thus promote the orderly development of modern pharmaceutical logistics industry.
