摘  要:文章针对重机PS800花样模板机所搭载的电磁铁式夹线器持续运行一段时间后出现的面线张力输出不稳定问题进行研究,通过实验在缝纫机静态时采集张力数据,排除振动因素影响,将影响因素聚焦于作为夹线器动力源的电磁铁之上。通过对照实验,采集电磁铁发热达到温度峰值前后的面线张力数据进行对比分析,验证电磁铁发热影响面线张力的稳定输出。此外,还通过应变片采集电磁铁推杆对应变片施加的应力值的电压信号,换算成推力后进一步验证随着电磁铁温度升高,面线张力稳定性会受到影响。为了消除磁铁式夹线器面线张力输出不稳定的问题,需对现款夹线器进行优化。This paper focuses on the problem of unstable surface tension output of the electromagnet type thread clamp installed on the heavy machine PS800 pattern template machine after continuous operation for a period of time.Through experiments,tension data is collected during static state of the sewing machine to eliminate the influence of vibration factors and focus on the electromagnet as the power source of the thread clamp.Through the scientific control,the surface tension data before and after the electromagnet heating reaches the temperature peak is collected for comparative analysis,and verify that the electromagnet heating affects the stable output of surface tension.Furthermore,the voltage signal of the stress value applied by the electromagnet push rod to the change piece is also collected through the strain gauge,which is converted into the thrust force and further verified that the stability of the surface tension will be affected as the electromagnet temperature rises.In order to eliminate the problem of unstable surface tension output of magnetic wire clamps,it is necessary to optimize the current wire clamp.
