摘　　要：培养纺织工匠是纺织高职院校的育人目标,要想推动高职教育的发展,必须大力推进产教融合。纺织高职院校中的纺织专业群检测实训课程是重要的实践教学课程,通过校企紧密合作,对课程进行不断的创新与探索。文章采用纺织专业群检测实训课程标准与行业企业标准对接,依托最新行业技术共同开发新的课程资源,从实训内容、实训方法、实训模式等方面进行了创新与探索,提高了学生的实践能力和就业竞争力,进而推进职业教育校企“精准对接、精准育人”。Cultivating textile craftsmen is the educational goal of textile vocational colleges.To promote the development of vocational education,it is necessary to vigorously promote the integration of industry and education.Testing and practical training course of textile professional group in textile vocational colleges is an important practical teaching course,which is constantly innovated and explored through close cooperation between schools and enterprises.This paper adopts the standards of the testing and practical training course of textile professional group to align with industry enterprise standards,and relies on the latest industry technology to jointly develop new course resources.Innovation and exploration have been carried out from the aspects of training content,training methods and training models,improving students’practical abilities and job competitiveness,thereby promoting the“precise integration and precise education”of vocational education schools and enterprises.
