高职纺织专业实践教学发展的一些思考

摘　　要：国务院印发了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,为新时代职业教育的发展指明了方向,在高职教育改革过程中,要注意以下方面:首先是职业技能等级证书考证工作方面,纺织专业1+X证书制度中的“X”是指北京锦达科教开发总公司作为培训评价组织的纺织面料开发职业能力等级证书,保证该证书的含金量是整个职业技能等级证书体系中的关键;其次是产教融合校企“双元”育人方面,校企合作企业全方位参与教学育人,提升技术技能人才待遇水平;最后是顶岗实习方面,要做到实习岗位与专业对口,将实习安全保障工作放在首位,探索适合顶岗实习的有关保险。The State Council has issued the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform,which points out the direction for the development of vocational education in the new era.In the process of vocational education reform,attention should be paid to the following aspects:firstly,in terms of vocational skill level certificate certification work,the“X”in the 1+X certificate system of the textile major refers to the vocational ability level certificate for textile fabric development organized by Beijing Jinda Science and Education Development Corporation as a training and evaluation organization,ensuring the gold content of the certificate is crucial in the entire vocational skill level certificate system;secondly,in terms of the integration of industry and education,and school enterprise“dual”education,school enterprise cooperative enterprises fully participate in teaching and education,and improve the treatment level of technical and skilled talents;finally,in terms of on-the-job internships,it is necessary to align the internship position with the profession,prioritize the safety and security of internships,and explore relevant insurance suitable for on-the-job internships.
