摘 要:针对船舶分段大平面Z字形喷涂轨迹加减速段涂层厚度不均匀的问题,提出一种考虑Z字形喷涂轨迹加减速段动态优化喷枪流量的方法,从而改善整个超大平面的漆膜涂层厚度不均匀的问题。分析导致船舶分段超大平面两端涂层厚度明显增厚原因;在不考虑存在加减速区间的基础上建立喷枪涂层厚度分布模型,优化喷涂速度与喷涂间距,使得在考虑加减速区间时匀速段的涂层厚度满足要求;最后建立喷枪动态变流量涂层厚度分布模型,从而使得整个超大平面的涂层厚度的均匀性达到最优。以某船舶分段超大平面为例,加减速区间的加减速类型为等加速等减速,通过数值模拟与实验的方法验证了该方法的有效性与可行性。Aiming at the problem of uneven coating thickness in the acceleration and deceleration section of Z-shaped spray trajectory on large plane of ship sections,a method was proposed to dynamically optimize spray gun flow in the acceleration and deceleration section of Z-shaped spray trajectory,so as to improve the problem of uneven coating thickness on the whole super-large plane.The reasons for the obvious thickening of the coating thickness at both ends of the super-large plane of ship sections were analyzed.The coating thickness distribution model of spray gun was established without considering the acceleration and deceleration interval,and the spraying speed and spraying spacing were optimized so that the coating thickness of uniform velocity section could met the requirements with considering the acceleration and deceleration interval.Finally,the coating thickness distribution model with dynamic variable flow rate was established to optimize the coating thickness uniformity of the whole super-large plane.Taking the super-large plane of a ship section as an example,the acceleration and deceleration types of acceleration and deceleration interval were equal acceleration and equal deceleration.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method are verified by numerical simulation and experiment.
