摘 要:为研究TC4切削加工过程中切削速度对锯齿形切屑破坏程度的影响,对TC4进行单因素切削试验,分析TC4的动态行为,并进行有限元仿真,进一步探究锯齿形切屑影响因素以及切屑与切削速度之间的联系。结果表明:在TC4切削过程中,随着切削速度的提高,切屑的锯齿状越来越明显;通过数值计算得出,TC4的能量势垒随着切削速度增大而降低,而绝热剪切带内部应力、应变随着切削速度提高而增大,切削速度越高越容易形成锯齿形切屑。In order to study the influence of cutting speed on the damage degree of sawtooth chips during the cutting process for TC4,the single factor cutting experiment of TC4 was carried out to analyze the dynamic behavior of TC4,and the finite element simulation was carried out to further explore the influencing factors of sawtooth chips and the connection between chips and cutting speed.The results show that the sawtooth of chips becomes more and more obvious as the cutting speed increases in cutting TC4 process.The numerical results show that the energy barrier of TC4 decreases with the increase of cutting speed,while the stress and strain in the adiabatic shear band increase with the increase of cutting speed.The higher the cutting speed is,the more likely it is to form sawtooth chips.
