脑心通胶囊联合米力农注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察脑心通胶囊联合米力农注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的效果。方法:选取2019年9月至2022年9月该院收治的96例CHF患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。对照组采用米力农注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合脑心通胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标[心排出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]水平、去甲肾上腺素(NA)水平、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.75%(45/48),高于对照组的77.08%(37/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CO、LVEF、SV水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组NA、AngⅡ水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脑心通胶囊联合米力农注射液治疗CHF患者可提高治疗总有效率和心功能指标水平,降低NA和AngⅡ水平,其效果优于单纯米力农注射液治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Naoxintong capsules combined with Milrinone injection in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 96 patients with CHF admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to September 2022.They were divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Milrinone injection,while the study group was treated with Naoxintong capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the cardiac function index levels[cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],the norepinephrine(NA)level,the Angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)level before and after the treatment,and the incidence of good reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.75%(45/48),which was higher than 77.08%(37/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CO,LVEF and SV in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of NA and Ang II in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Naoxintong capsules combined with Milrinone injection in the treatment of the CHF patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of cardiac function indexes and reduce the levels of NA and Ang II.Moreover,it is superior to single Milrinone injection treatment.
