复方丹参片联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参片联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压不稳定型心绞痛(HUAP)患者的效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年7月该院收治的80例HUAP患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=42)。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方丹参片治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压水平和心绞痛发作情况、治疗前后血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)]水平、肝功能异常率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG、LDL水平均低于对照组,HDL水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肝功能异常率为11.90%,低于对照组的42.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方丹参片联合阿托伐他汀治疗HUAP患者,可降低血压和血脂水平,减少心绞痛发作次数和时间,减轻肝功能损害,效果优于单纯阿托伐他汀治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Compound Danshen tablets combined with Atorvastatin in treatment of patients with hypertension and unstable angina pectoris(HUAP).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with HUAP admitted to this hospital from July 2021 to July 2022.They were divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Atorvastatin,while the observation group was treated with compound Danshen tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of blood pressure,angina pectoris,blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL)],the abnormal liver function rate,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the frequency of angina pectoris and the duration of angina pectoris were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG and LDL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of HDL was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal liver function rate in the observation group was 11.90%,which was lower than 42.10% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Compound Danshen tablets combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of the HUAP patients can reduce the blood pressure and blood lipid levels,reduce the number and duration of angina pectoris attacks,and reduce the liver function damage.Moreover,it is superior to single Atorvastatin treatment.
