摘　　要：环保管理是企业可持续发展的必由之路,危险废物的标准化管理是制造型企业合法、合规运营的重要保障。AMOLED制造企业以合肥某面板制造企业为例,通过危险废物标准化管理模式实施,从污染环境防治责任、标识管理、管理计划、申报登记、源头分类、转移联单、经营许可、应急预案备案、贮存设施管理、宣传培训相关十个方面健全危险废物管理,规避危险废物管理不善引发的环境污染,从而进一步提升企业的环保精细化管理水平。Environmental protection management is the only way to the sustainable development of enterprise,the standardized management of hazardous waste is an important guarantee for the lawful operation of manufacturing enterprise.AMOLED manufacturing enterprise,take Hefei a panel manufacturing enterprise for example,through the implementation of the hazardous waste standardized management model,the management of hazardous waste should be improved from ten aspects,such as responsibility for prevention and control of pollution、management of labels、management plan、declaration and registration、source classifi cation、transfer order、business license、emergency plan fi ling、storage facilities management、publicity and training,avoiding environmental pollution caused by poor management of hazardous waste,in order to improve the refi ned management level of environmental protection in enterprise.
