摘　　要：水环境分区管控是以水环境管控分区和管控措施为指引,为该地区产业结构调整、优化空间布局等提供建议,对促进区域水环境管理具有重要意义[1]。文章梳理了新余市水环境质量现状、演变趋势、存在问题,并根据水环境空间的差异性划分提出不同管控准入要求,以达到强化区域精细化管理的目标。The water environment zoning management is based on the water environment zoning and the management measures,and provides the suggestions for the adjustment of the industrial structure and the optimization of the spatial distribution,it is of great signifi cance to promote the regional water environment management[1].The paper reviews the current situation,evolving trends and existing problems of water environmental quality in Xinyu,and proposes different regulatory access requirements based on the spatial differentiation of water environment in order to achieve the goal of enhancing regional fi ne management.
