摘 要:土壤重金属普查工作具有复杂性强、难度大等特征,现有土壤重金属电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)在实践中存在样品分解不适宜等问题,难以满足实际工作需求。本文结合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES),采用电热板加热技术处理样品,然后对土壤中重金属元素铬、铜、铅的形态进行综合分析。其结果表明,检出精密度、检出准确度均具有较为良好的表现,能够适用于大批量土壤中重金属形态与含量的测试。The soil heavy metal survey is characterized by high complexity and diffi culty,the existing inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)of soil heavy metals has some problems in the practice,such as inappropriate sample decomposition,which is diffi cult to meet the actual work requirements.In this paper,combined with the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICPAES),the electrothermal plate heating technology is used to process the samples.After that,the forms of chromium,copper and lead in soil were analyzed comprehensively.The results showed that the precision and accuracy of detection were relatively good,which could be used to test the morphology and content of heavy metals in large quantities of soil.
