摘 要:为明确半导体桥火工品发火感度与静电感度的关系,以及并联TVS二极管时的分流规律,按照GJB 5309.14-2004火工品试验方法第14部分:静电放电试验和GJB/Z377A-1994感度试验用数理统计方法对半导体桥火工品静电加载后的阻值变化、桥区损伤以及感应能量进行了测试与表征,同时对发火感度进行了测试,拟合出电压与能量方程式。结果表明:采用50%发火电压计算出的静电感度与实测静电感度的偏差约10%;静电放电经TVS二极管分流后加载到半导体桥火工品上的电流约为总电流的40%,而加载到火工品上的能量占比随静电放电电压的增大而减小。In order to clarify the relationship between the ignition sensitivity and the electrostatic sensitivity of semi-conductor bridge(SCB)detonator,as well as the current distribution law of parallel TVS diode,the resistance value change,bridge area damage,and the energy loaded on the SCB detonator were tested and characterized,according to GJB 5309.14-2004 test methods for initiating detonator Part 14:electrostatic discharge test and GJB/Z377A-1994 mathematical statistical methods for sensitivity test.Meanwhile,the ignition sensitivity was tested,the voltage and energy equations were fitted respectively based on the test results.The results show that the deviation is about 10%between the calculated electrostatic sensitivity in accordance with 50%firing voltage and the measured electrostatic sensitivity;After the electrostatic discharge is shunted by TVS diode,the current loaded on the SCB detonator is about 40%of the total current,and the energy loaded on the detonator decreases with the increase of the electrostatic discharge voltage.
