摘  要:为了研究升温速率对大长径比压装装药烤燃响应特性的影响,针对长径比为5∶1的HMX基压装炸药装药开展了不同升温速率(0.055~5.000℃·min^(-1))的烤燃试验,获取了炸药装药点火时间、点火时刻不同位置的温度。建立了炸药烤燃过程的计算模型,计算了不同升温速率下炸药装药的点火位置、温度分布和点火时间。结果表明:随着升温速率的增加,点火时刻装药中心区域温度逐渐降低,边缘区域温度逐渐上升;点火区域由位于装药中心的椭圆形逐渐变为哑铃形,最后成环状分布于装药边缘区域;点火位置和装药内部温度分布是影响装药反应烈度的重要因素。In order to study the influence of heating rate on the cook-off response characteristics of pressure charge explosive with large length-diameter ratio,cook-off tests with different heating rates(0.055~5.000℃∙min^(-1))were carried out for HMX-based press-loaded explosive charge with length-diameter ratio of 5∶1,the ignition time of explosive charge and the temperatures at different positions at the ignition time were obtained.The calculation model of explosive cook-off process was established,and the ignition position,temperature distribution and ignition time of explosive charge at different heating rates were calculated.The results show that with the increase of heating rate,the temperature in the central area of charge decreases gradually and the temperature in the edge area increases gradually at ignition time.The ignition area gradually changes from an ellipse located in the center of the charge to a dumbbell shape,and finally distributes in the edge area of the charge in a ring shape.The ignition position and the temperature distribution inside the charge are important factors affecting the reaction intensity of the charge.
