摘  要:为了调节RDX-CMDB推进剂低压条件(1~6MPa)下的燃烧性能,通过造粒浇铸工艺制备了推进剂样品,研究了炭黑种类(CB-1、CB-2及CB-3)和含量变化(0~1%)对RDX-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响,测试和计算了不同工作压强下的燃速和压强指数。结果表明:不同种类的炭黑均可提高RDX-CMDB推进剂在1~6MPa压强范围内的燃烧速度,其中炭黑CB-3对RDX-CMDB推进剂低压条件下燃烧性能调节作用最优;随着炭黑(CB-3)添加含量增加,RDX-CMDB推进剂的燃速也逐渐增加,燃速增加幅度在炭黑添加含量为0.75%左右达到最大;同时,RDX-CMDB推进剂的燃速压强指数在1~6MPa范围内先降低后增加,炭黑添加含量为0.5%时燃速压强指数最低为0.37。In order to adjust the combustion performance of RDX-CMDB propellant under low pressure conditions(1~6MPa),the propellant samples were prepared by granulation casting process.The effects of carbon black type(CB-1、CB-2及CB-3)and content variation(0~1%)on the combustion performance of RDX-CMDB propellant were studied.The burning rates under different working pressures were tested and the pressure exponents were also calculated.The results show that different types of carbon black can improve the burning rate of RDX-CMDB propellant in the range of 1~6MPa pressure,carbon black CB-3 has the best regulating effect on the combustion performance of RDX-CMDB propellant under low pressure.With the increase of carbon black(CB-3)mass percentage,the burning rate of RDX-CMDB propellant increases gradually,and the increase range reaches the maximum when the content of carbon black is about 0.75%.At the same time,the burning rate pressure exponent of RDX-CMDB propellant decreases first and then increases in the range of 1~6MPa,and the lowest burning rate pressure exponent is 0.37 when the carbon black additive amount is 0.5%.
