摘 要:带式无级变速器(Continuously Variable Transmission,CVT)传动效率一般在80%附近波动,为进一步提升传动效率,提高经济效益和使用可靠性,以国产全地形越野车(All-Terrain Vehicle,ATV)为研究对象,针对在运行测试中发现的整车传动效率低、大负载工况下橡胶皮带打滑、皮带工作寿命短等问题,对橡胶带式CVT进行结构简化,利用CVT试验台架开展主动轮限位弹簧、离心飞锤和从动轮压扭弹簧3个关键构件对CVT性能影响的实验研究。结果表明,通过优化设计弹簧的刚度及离心飞锤的质量并进行合理的参数匹配,可以有效提高橡胶V带CVT工作效率。研究为设计高效率的橡胶V带式CVT提供了实验分析方法与性能数据参考。The transmission efficiency of belt continuously variable transmission(CVT)generally fluctu⁃ates around 80%.In order to further improve transmission efficiency,gain economic benefit and reliability,do⁃mestic all-terrain off-road vehicle(ATV)is taken as the study object which presents problems such as low trans⁃mission efficiency,rubber belt slipping under heavy load condition and short working life of belt in the running test.The structure of the rubber belt CVT is simplified,and the influences of three key components,driving wheel limit spring,centrifugal fly hammer and slave wheel pressure torsion spring,on the performance of CVT are analyzed by using CVT experimental bench.The results show that the efficiency of rubber V-belt CVT is im⁃proved by optimizing the stiffness of the spring and the mass of centrifugal fly hammers,and reasonably match⁃ing parameters.This study provides some reference of experimental analysis method and performance data for the design of high efficiency rubber V-belt CVT.
