摘 要:为了研究开槽盘式磁力耦合器径向不对中时的传动性能,以等效磁荷理论为基础,将运动中切割磁力线产生磁场的铜导体涡流区域等效成永磁体,结合库伦定律,建立开槽盘式磁力耦合器径向不对中时的输出转矩计算模型;通过有限元软件对开槽盘式磁力耦合器径向不对中时的磁感应强度、铜层功率损耗、输出转矩进行有限元分析,确定了耦合器径向不对中量所允许的最大值。研究结果表明,随着径向不对中量的增大,磁力耦合器工作过程中的感应磁场减小,从而引起耦合器最大磁感应强度增大,铜层功率损耗以及输出转矩逐渐减小;同时,二者随时间变化的曲线波动也越来越显著,当径向不对中量不超过6 mm时,开槽盘式磁力耦合器工作过程中依然能够保证较为准确地输出转矩,其转矩波动也相对稳定。In order to study the transmission performance of slotted-type eddy-current couplers with radial misalignment,based on the theory of the equivalent magnetic charge theory,the copper which cuts the magnetic field line in motion is equivalent to permanent magnet.Combining with Coulomb´s law,a calculation model of output torque is established in this study.The analysis of magnetic flux density,copper loss and output torque of couplers are all simulated by finite element software,and the maximum allowable value of radial misalignment is obtained.The results show that with the increase of radial misalignment,the induced magnetic field decreases during operation,which results in the increase of the magnetic flux density,the decrease of the copper loss and the torque,and the fluctuations of the copper loss and the output torque changing with time become more and more obvious.When the radial misalignment is less than 6 mm,the torque generated by the couplers can almost be remained accurately and the fluctuation of the torque is relatively stable.
