摘  要:提高叠片联轴器的疲劳使用寿命有利于增强传动系统的工作稳定性。为此,建立叠片联轴器在外转矩作用下的准静态力学分析模型,掌握了叠片危险部位的应力变化规律;利用S-N曲线法得到了叠片的疲劳寿命;通过Box Behnken法建立了中间轴厚度、倾斜角度以及过盈量与叠片疲劳寿命的响应面模型;最后,开展了联轴器的结构-工艺参数优化研究。结果表明,当中间轴厚度为14 mm、倾斜角度为85.75°、过盈量为0.126 mm时,联轴器疲劳寿命相比于原结构提高了15.0%,保证了轴系的稳定性和使用可靠性。Increasing the fatigue life of the laminated coupling helps to enhance the working stability of the transmission system.To this end,this study establishes a quasi-static mechanical analysis model of the laminated coupling under the action of external torque,and grasps the stress change law of the dangerous part of the lamination.The fatigue life of the laminated sheet is obtained using the S-N curve method.Response surface models of spacer thickness,inclination angle and excess with respect to fatigue life of the laminations are developed by the Box Behnken method.Finally,a study on the optimization of the structure-process parameters of the coupling is carried out.The results show that when the intermediate shaft thickness is 14 mm,the inclination angle is 85.75°,the excess amount is 0.126 mm,and the fatigue life of the coupling is increased by 15.0%compared with the original structure,which ensures the stability and reliability of the shaft system.
