摘 要:近年来,我国各地积极开展工程建设项目审批制度改革,推进各级工程建设项目审批管理系统建设,实现国家、省、市三级审批数据实时共享。本文根据工程建设项目审批全过程监管的要求,结合湖北省工程建设项目审批管理系统的建设模式,通过分析数据共享交换过程中存在的问题,研究引入工建码提高共享数据实时性和准确性,阐述了工建码的编码规则、赋码管理和应用规范,以及工建码应用效果,并对实践结果进行了总结。In recent years,local governments of all levels in China have actively carried out reforms in the approval system for engineering construction projects,promoted the construction of approval management systems for engineering construction projects,and achieved real-time data sharing between the national,provincial,and municipal levels.This article,based on the requirements for the whole process supervision of engineering construction projects approval,combined with the construction mode of the Hubei Province Engineering Construction Projects Approval Management System,analyzes the problems in the data sharing and exchange process,makes researches on the introduction of engineering construction code to improve the real-time and accuracy of shared data,explains the coding rules,coding management and application standards of engineering construction code,as well as the application effects of engineering construction code,and summarizes the practice results.
